Being part of Fathers With Daughters (FWD) has been a game-changer for me as a dad. The group has challenged me to be more intentional in how I invest in my relationship with Charlize and Elicia. I am grateful for Russell and the Fathers with Daughters (FWD) community for helping me to build a much stronger relationship with my daughter. As a husband, father, and business leader, I’m passionate about walking alongside other fathers with daughters, helping them raise resilient, confident young women who positively impact the world.

Family and faith are at the core of who I am, and I’m driven to bring solutions and resources that enrich lives. I've had the privilege of supporting Christian leaders in both their business and faith journeys. With FWD, my mission is to equip dads to be intentional, loving role models for their daughters, preparing them for lives of faith, freedom, and impact.
